Multiplication Rules

Homework this week will be a review of rounding.  It will be due on Thursday 1/9.

We are finishing up the Place Value re-test this week for any students who were absent.  The higher grade of the two will be taken as the final grade.  You can expect to see your child's test in their Friday folder this week. 

We are now moving to Unit 2-Multiplication and Division models and algorithms.  Please begin to review basic multiplication and division facts with your child.  Thank you!

4th Grade Math Homework

Starting this week, we will be sending home a homework practice sheet at the beginning of each week.  It will be due later in the week (Thursday or Friday).  This homework will be graded and counted towards your child's homework grade.  These assignments will be topics we have previously covered or are currently working on.

All classes will have a quiz on Friday on the place value chart.

This week we will discuss quadrilaterals and lines of symmetry.  Please continue to practice all geometry vocabulary.  On Wednesday, 10/2, we will take a quiz on Geometric Figures.  We will review Thursday and have our Geometry Unit Test on Friday.
